Every Brix&Mortr valuation draws on three sources:
HM Land Registry — Official completed sale prices for England and Wales, with direct links so you can verify every comparable yourself.
Current market data — Recent listings and local price trends to reflect today's market conditions.
AI analysis — Weighing the evidence, applying adjustments for your property's specific features and condition, and delivering clear, practical advice tailored to whether you're buying or selling.
